I hope it's not a nod to black on black crime

Ppl don't realize why blk on blk happens. We were a peaceful ppl. But They did social experimentation on us.

During slavery they stripped humanity and encouraged savagery. After slavery they kept that going with poverty and no land ownership. Packed into neighborhoods like sardines with no resources.

Until we go back and reverse the effects of savagery and self-ownership, we can't even scratch the surface of blk on blk crime

I wonder what Our Lives Matter means
a black man is holding it
I don't think it's malice

And the painter is black

Who's there to save the black woman and child?

I don't use this at ALL.

Our Lives Matter? That's not the movement. Imo, it doesn't matter who's holding the poster, that's not it. Then, the name of the movement is perched on a poster in the back on the right with the m cut off.

Why is my sis using the American flag as her face mask?

Look in the bottom left corner, why is the black man holding onto this white man as the white man puts HIS fist up?

This is giving me every bit of Black ok

I feel like they knew exactly what they were doing.

It's a very mixed crowd...I'm thinking the goals of BLM the "org" are not in alignment with people who simply declare "black lives matter". Of particular interest, I find it strange how black LGBT feel the need to reaffirm that "all" black lives matter, and the need to center them, considering that the org was started by three black lesbians. That seems to be a huge disconnect.

this part, Im thinking its like the flag being the mask has several meanings
like how America uses the flag as this symbol of peace and freedom
when its really just masking all the real issues going on
or how Black women's voices are often silenced in America, so shes taking off the mask to let her voice be heard
