I am confused on the lyrical content tho
One part of the song makes me see that she's done with the fag but then the other that she's asking him to stay

I think that's the point
it's about the story of how she broke up with him, but now she's begging & pleading for him to come back.

Yeah I think that's why she made that caption on Insta. She's like when I recorded this song I was in a different space (wanted him back). But where she is in the present she knows she wasn't listening to her instinct and glad she is not with him anymore.
