When people talk about this album there are those who either love this song, or those who overlook it. This is truly one of the best songs on the album and of Brandy's entire catalog.
For one, I LOVE the way Brandy sings this song. It's not her strongest song vocally by a longshot, but she sings this song with SO much passion and conviction.
The lyrics are so personal and relatable. This is one of my favorite Brandy songs to sing in the car because it's so damn real lol. I felt every word!
The adlibs...oh my goodness. This song may have her best ad libs ever and I'll challenge anyone to find me three Brandy songs with better ad libs than this one.

It was the pure CREATIVITY of her delivery for me. The way she was making her adlibs sound like Native American chants on some parts to suit the beat. Definitely one of my favorite songs on the album. If I'm not mistaken, it was supposed to be the fifth single. That would have been nice.
