definetly between Whitney and Janet.
but I tend to think Whitney had a bigger impact, mostly she's universally known as the VOICE type of artist, the classy diva. Janet came later right? and her lane is more in the urban/dance world. Whitney feels more universal, in this sense. Actually, Michael himself was the most influential, regarding Janet's lane, so Janet kind of followed his steps. So yeah.... Whitney.
