Beyonce started making solo music after the 90s. So i don't think you can even compare the two.  (Bey's popularity is bigger right now but it is natural because Janet didn't really release a new project. I know she got classics in that discography)
The Verzuz for Brandy & Monica was perfect because you could actually compare their 90s debuts and the rest of the discography - created in the same era.
