Yes at least try to talk about it with a professional, things can get very overwhelming..and try to take care of yourself. Try to eat healthy, have enough sleep, find something you love doing..even if it's just a walk in the park or a dance lesson or something. I noticed this year I really needed to take care of myself better to stay positive. I started meditating lessons and it really helps to keep my focus. If you don't like your job, try to see if there are other options. Maybe you just need a break from it...maybe at another job you'll have more fun and you'll meet new people. Or even try reaching out to old friends/contacts you haven't seen in a long time, it's sometimes really easy to connect to them..Also decide if this school is really the right thing for you, is it what you love doing?
