Nah, there was no Afrodisiac CD single with Nodding Off as a b-side track. You can check it on Discogs.
It was included on the Japanese version of the album and later on the European re-release of the album.

Afrodisiac video was done by the same guy that did the Best Friend video. I think Brandy  wanted a "She's a bitch" Missy Elliott vibe but sexier and it just doesn't hit the mark for some.

I still enjoyed it for what it was.
