Well...yea, gym bodies aren't completely natural. They're just seen in a better light than plastic surgery because it takes much longer to achieve one through working out instead of perching on a surgeon's table. That's nothing intrinsically anything wrong with either one tbh.

ophmani

the opposite of natural is artificial

there's nothing artificial about the effect excercising has in the body

The argument is that "thinness" is not a "default"

He's basically saying that if someone's overweight/obese, it's possible that's just the way they're meant to be

At the core of this message is simply an updated version of "I'm just big boneded!" when you strip away the fluff.

He should stop associating fitness with gyms because you don't need to go to the gym to get in shape or lose weight . Our bodies are meant to have some form of exercise . We need motion, sunlight , fresh air. Moderation in diet.

It's very dangerous for us as Black people to accept some "I'm just meant to be fat all my life" mess . It's all fun n games til someone is slicing off ur leg, compliments of diabetes.

Kaeli.

Do they think these My 600 lb pound Lizzo bodies are natural? :diddraispoot:

Kaeli.

Like... there's no such thing as a "natural" body in the context they're using. Your body is constantly changing and damn near anything can cause it to change :dead:

It can be when your constantly overeating and avoiding physical activity

Cowboy Nine

nnnn not fatness being natural.

Like it isn't directly correlated to eating too many calories and/or not moving enough.

Nothing natural about overeating and bogging your body down with fat.

Dr Naomi Campbell

I always thought of it in terms of natural evolution and survival of the fittest
The healthy and shape...or close to it are the ones that are deemed the standard

ophmani
