They released it in September 2002. One year after 9/11. I know Michelle had a track on her album inspired by 9/11. Maybe they wanted something deep because the world was still grieving?

Anyways I remember it was a hit in the Netherlands. Dilemma was a huge hit, people knew her name.

I think years later When love takes over was right on time because of this Euro dance trend. I personally loved R&B Kelly better, but the general Euro public probably remembers her (solo) for the dance pop tracks. The Work Freemasons remix was a big one as well.
