Netflix has announced Chance the Rapepr, Cardi B, and T.I. will judge a new hip-hop competition series called ?Rhythm + Flow,? which is set to debut on the streaming service next year. The three will embark on a ?search for the next breakout hip-hop star? in the new show, which will have 10 hour-long episodes that begin airing in fall 2019. Auditions to be on the series will be held in Atlanta, Chicago, and New York; you can apply to appear on the show here.

?Rhythm + Flow? is being produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment, John Legend?s production company Get Lifted Film Co., and Gaspin Media. Earlier today, it was announced that Chance and frequent collaborator Nico Segal were developing a new movie musical called Hope.

Gilgamesh.

John has really become the Quincy of our generation.
These shows always flop but that's a book for Cardi.

Come through with this straight-to-Netflix book

Next stop is prime time TV
on a non-cable network

Ack

Netflix is a little different in 2018. The go to platform really

Shonda Rhymes and a host of other big time writers have left Disney for Netflix exclusively

Not to mention the global appeal and reach.

But hip hooray for a local US show that was on the decline when the auntie clown was put on.
