I told my homegirl to schedule an appointment with a speech therapist because her child doesn't speak at all he just makes noises and even though he isnt in any early education programs he should still be able to pick up the language around him and hes 4

they told ha his speech is severely delayed but they can help him with a good structured plan for him

Thats a speech problem
not a child mispronouncing stuff
