If the list was compiled using official RIAA data it's definitely solid.

Blogs and other sites do the same thing basically. They review data provided by Soundscan, Billboard, RIAA, etc. and simply report on it.

Unless someone can prove that he conveniently omitted or exaggerated something here, I don't see the issue.

I lied hun I didn't make it

But I already check Brandy and she has 15.5M certified records from the RIAA. She'd be somewhere between #35-40 on this list.
