Brandy needs to clean house but we all know that isn't gonna happen. It is what it is at this point. If she isn't worried then neither am I. Meanwhile I'll just enjoy the music.

and honestly that's usually how simple thinking is for a fan/stan.

when we go into conversations about "marketing plans" we're kinda thinking less like fans and stepping more into the territory handled by label reps behind the scenes.

maybe im trippin but thats how i see it

as a fan my job isn't to devise an elaborate marketing plan for GHan. my job is to bop, sing along and praise her beauvy.

I never mentioned a detailed marketing plan but The "average" or typical fan can't have any "simple thinking" if they don't even know the music is out. Most fans want an experience and consistency if they enjoy the artist. Not an album every four to eight years. And if there is, atleast the album era lasts for a good year with a proper tour.

we haven't even gotten a music video yet. There has only been one live performance and it was lipped, understandably so.

But if you're satisfied with those photos and just the music, to each their own.

I was just watching Bob Iger's NYT interviews and he was throwing casts and crews under the bus for Disney theatrical releases box office woes. So hopefully Brandy strengths her brand by growing her audience prior to leading a Disney theatrical release because that's going to be needed to lead a high budget production to success and not experience what current casts and crews are going through when studio execs points the finger at them.

She would be perfect as a muse. Bob was throwing folks under the bus today including Nia DaCosta and the cast of 'The Marvels.' Disney been throwing Nia under the bus for weeks. It's par for the course though because studio execs will do that publicly for underperforming movies. They blame the cast and crews. Bran can avoid that will good box office numbers so fingers crossed something clicks that she needs to work on her brand before doing theatrical released Disney movies.
