Whatever that "toxic" is for the situation.
Drama, physical abuse, mental abuse... whatever is just not right.

And have to deal with them venting to you about it whenever possible.
And you try to be patient, help ease their way out of their situation, BUT STILL...

I just cannot fucking can't anymore.

You can only be helped if you want to help yourself.

The individual can only leave a toxic relationship once they've made the decision themselves to leave . No one can help them . They have to initiate the " no contact " rule and severe those ties . It won't be easy and hurts like hell . But so rewarding once youve given yourself the gift of having no contact with a person who's destroying your life .

Give your advise and move on. Don't even try because if that person is really done, there actions will make that very clear.

yup, with my mom. everyone has their own breaking point, so you just have to endure it until they finally fucking GET it :dead: heartbreaking to be around, but there are only so many pep talks you can give.

Just distance ur self for a while to recharge.
