Among the top-selling artists ever, Billy Joel sits at No. 6, and it’s because of songs such as “Uptown Girl” and “You May Be Right,” songs that you and I and everyone we know has heard 1,000 times each on the radio, played by cover bands and belted out at karaoke bars.
We know the songs. We know the words. We know “Piano Man” from the first delicate notes through the final rousing chorus.
