QuoteX-Men: Apocalypse? is a lifeless affair, squandering its star power, underselling its characters, and muddying its action in grays and cutaways.

QuoteWith ?X-Men: Apocalypse,? however, Singer seems to have acquired a new mutant power of his own: Monotony. Whether it?s the lack of an interesting villain, or the fact that the series? time-travel element is forcing these mutants to meet each other (and the audience) all over again for the first time, this latest entry marks a shocking letdown from Singer?s earlier contributions; what once soared now slogs.

Quote53 years of X-Men comic stories and an almost unlimited budget, and this is the best they could come up with?

Mel.

they honestly need to FIRE EVERYONE
and start with a whole new team..new producers, writers, directors...etc. it makes me pissed to be honest

they have time and time again screwed up my favorite comic book characters and I'm not having it.

Mel.

that being said.
I'm still going to see it

but they need to do better.

MAY

I'm not the least bit surprised. This looked a mess from the beginning.

X-Men deserve so much more than they've given the franchise.
and it only makes me even sadder

when all those Iron Man, Justice League, Captain America, etc movies are slaying the scene.

These movies are the fuckin PITS.

They completely ruined the timeline and some of my favorite characters.
I'm gonna perch just because it's X-Men, but I'm not fuckin clappin.

Zankou.

the only way they'll reboot/revamp is if these movies start flopping for filth (see spiderman)
