Either way it's almost always women getting exploited. Whether they're exploiting themselves or men exploiting them. It's the same thing.  I don't believe the excuse of "I own my sexuality and I'm liberated." I mean, yes, maybe to an extent. I get that they used to be strippers. But still... The hip hop world is almost completely male dominated. Almost every woman has to be slutacious to even be a part of that world.

Could a woman like Lauryn Hill or Missy Elliot make it in today's hip hop world? Probably not.
