Production is being messy. I didn't hear Cynthia say that. And I'm sure if she did, they would have made it crystal clear. 
It also made sense when Kandi was saying "I'm mic'd"...Cynthia just wanted to make sure Kandi was owning her part in bringing Kenya. It's a big misunderstanding unfortunately and production made it worse.
