Times have definitely changed people couldn't wait to see who sold what the week after now nobody cares. Artists used to get clowned for low sales, headlines would talk about their low sales first week now no one cares.

An artist can sale 7k first week and nobody would call them 7ketc name like the amerie, kelis days etc

Teens of today don't really care about that. They care more about going to the shows, streaming the music, lipping it on ig/snap

I agree a flop is a flop but most people only care about that on forums...

Back then in general real life convo you would hear people say "oh her new album flopped" now people don't even say that as much because everybody flops these days...

Nobody cared if Sevyn, Tamar, Keyshia flopped

Back then they would've gotten dragged all through social media etc.

Specially when you go on their instagram and see them wearing 3k boots and 10k bags lol people don't care about sales no more...
