i know a lot of people are quick to side eye men who still live with their parents/family

but to me, if a man cannot really afford to live on his own yet
or can afford it, but prefers to stay with his family and help out

i don't see the issue. like, would it be smarter for them to go out and pay a stranger rent money every month
putting their whole paycheck towards something that they'll ultimately have to give back? sfsffsfsf
or stay and help his family who may still have a mortgage they're tryna pay off...contributing to an asset that will one day benefit them when it's passed down.

if they can afford to live alone  or simply have a strong preference of more personal space, it makes sense.

but i wouldn't be quick to give a "YOUZ A BUM ASS NIGGA!" tea
unless he wasn't working and was living off of his parents.

personally, i wouldn't date a man who doesn't have his own place
but that's only because i actually love the idea of hopping back and forth between homes of urself and partner
but i won't be sitting around clowning them.

A grown RESPONSIBLE man can live on his own and still help his family. There should be no reason a grown man isn't out on his own. If he can't afford it, he just needs to work a little harder to do so. There is money to be made. If this is an issue, they are probably just not motivated in life for their own personal goals. It all comes down to taking on being responsible. Don't "pay a stranger rent" but OWN your real estate and gain equity in what you own....

I know it's possible to live on ur own and help ur family
i Have a couple of my grandmothers household bills on autopay

but everyone's situation isn't the same .

If someone cannot afford to certain things that shouldn't be demonized

That doesn't speak to their character.

Well Codependency Red flags come up with me
you really wanna be all up under ya fam like that
to me it signifies co-dependency issues which bleed in to their romantic relationships i can smell it a mile a wway
Close familys are cute helping out your family is cute but if you still living with them to help them out or save money i look less at the financial snd more at the psychological

There was an episode of single ladies where Stacy dash character met a great guy but he lives with his brother his sister and his niece snd she had a newborn
and he invited her to the house with everyone there
and then he asked her to take one of the nieces to the doctors
and then he gon talk about we cant get away cause so an so gonna be alone with the baby
and val was like its her baby lmaoooo
and hes like i want a woman who can handle all this family stuff and she bounced lol

If a mans desire isnt strong enough to pull away from the fam and create his own space something is wrong Period
now if a family member is renting a house from another family member thats coool but
the rest nah

and if ya mama live with you  like are we really gon be chillin at ya place with ya momz therfe and im tryina get pipe or we gotta go to mine
hell nah

i like going back and foirth as well so

i would not clown the guy either but my suspicions would be raised for other reasons
