'Catwoman' Jocelyn Wildenstein, 76, is arrested after 'slashing her designer boyfriend, 49, with scissors during late night apartment brawl'

Jocelyn Wildenstein, 76, was arrested early Wednesday after a fight with boyfriend Lloyd Klein

She is charged with felony assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon and a misdemeanor assault with intent to cause physical injury

Wildenstein is accused of scratching the 49-year-old designer and then slashing him across the chest with a pair of scissors

Klein said he shoved Wildenstein in a closet until police could arrest her
