Black urban culture/youth pretty much runs everything on the internet. They LIVE for this stuff. Plus Cardi has the wave so you already know who they'll side with.

And these gurs love to talk down on these VH1 shows/celebs but they obviously have a good amount of influence and power over this generation. Cardi built her entire brand off of L&HH and now she's breaking records left and right no female rapper has ever done. New York made a career off of losing Flavor of Love and went on to have the most successful reality mess in VH1 history.

Like you said this is a different era. Nicki is gonna look like a clown. This isn't a Teyana/Rihanna situation. Cardi has effortlessly been stomping on Nicki's wig and Nicki has made herself unlikable. Everybody thinks she's miserable and bitter. We've all seen how she's going crazy on Queen Radio and in interviews, but now we also see that's nothing but an act to drum up publicity because video evidence shows she's not THAT GIRL she portrays to be. 

She's on radio trashing Travis and going on tv saying she wants to punch him in the face, but when that becomes a reality we get what we got on video, her cowering and hiding.
