No.

When you get sleeve surgery, you can return to work in like 3 days to a week.  I knew a girl a few years ago that got it.  Most major health insurance cover this procedure for free as well.  A lot of people don't know that.  And when you get sleeve surgery, you generally drop weight REALLY fast.

Looking at the dramatic weight loss, I would bet she probably did get this done.  Lipo doesn't make sense, because she's so thin everywhere.  And she was literally fat as hell a month ago.
