and what do you do to calm your nerves?

Yes,

Both Generalized and Social.

Eating well and building a consistent routine helps. Accomplishing small goals throughout the day doesn't really calm me but if gives me a boost of confidence. Showers and Walks Help too.

not anymore and reading books help me. Maybe u should consider the ppl around u. I had to change ppl around me i don't have family and i'm ok w that. Don't tell ppl your anxieties that was my downfall cus ppl will fuck w u and play games w u

Do you mean reading books on anxiety or reading books in general?
Because I've reading a lot lately and I've been a lot more calmer in myself

Because I've reading a lot lately and I've been a lot more calmer in myself

I'd say both actually. It helps because it gives u an idea of hope to deal w situation. Really, thats wassup it def helps calm my nerves as well. I don't even give folks reactions anymore to negativity. Reading helps remove all the toxic, negative issues u may be facing that day or week or month and brings something new to the brain for focus of something else.

I just got assigned to head up a project at work and it's giving me major anxiety.

My anxiety increases when I can't handle something head on
I don't like to allow things to linger because it causes anxiety issues for me
