I got this pure coconut oil off Amazon. it smells amazing.

I'm gonna start doing a hair and brow mask twice a week.
You can cook with it, too.

I use it for deodorant and for my skin sometimes. Also did oil pulling for a while but I'm not consistent with it.

I use it to take down my twists before I wash my hair, but I don't use it on my skin. It's comedogenic (clogs pores/causes acne). Shea butter on the other hand is non-comedogenic and I use it A LOT.

I haven't tried cooking with it yet, but I do want try try it. I'm weaning my way off greasy and fattening cooking oils

I don't use for real, for real coconut oil. But I was using this during the winter and it was good. Wasnt all greasy and shit
