I know some slimmer people who eat like cows and stay slim. They actually have to eat loads of mess to try and gain weight

At times... and I noticed with some friends of mine, the endocrine system is just working "against" them...
I can eat all day long and not gain a pound. My family is naturally slim. All of us.
My friend could do the same and gain 5lbs by the end of the week. Even his cousins who live in L.A. have the same body type.
He just has to WORK HARDER to stay in shape.
