They get a bad rep ... "oh you're doing too much! we know u got a new house already! we know u got a good job! we know you're grateful! stop talking about it!"
But these are people who came from nothing to something.
They're not used to having nice things. Shouldn't it be more expected that they'd be more excited than someone who always did?
And why do we let that affect us? I'm even guilty of having that mindset sometimes.
