yeah i think that came up because of the notion that women are supposed to be soft and beautiful and men are supposed to be hard and rugged
and for some reason being dark isnt seen as soft and beautiful
so dark skin men feel its okay for them to be dark because black ugly and rough is thier thing

And tbh we've done a number on OURSELVES! It's one thing for white people to feel what they feel but ULTIMATELY fck them. It's us who continue to uphold and regard anti black think.
