Not surprising, a lot of these people seek jobs in education, law enforcement, banking etc; Anything that can directly affect the well being of minorities to carry out their agenda.

It's a actually smart I wish Blacks would do the same, instead of rushing to be in front of a camera and still letting them have the power behind the screen. But I would say I see it heading in a positive direction. We need to get more of our own in their and outt of the system.

There was a documentary about it on Hulu not too long ago (can't remember the name) that chronicles the history of white supremacist hate groups. They basically realized that the burning crosses and lynching niggers thing was going to work anymore and infiltrating various parts of politics, corporate america, law enforcement etc; would be far more instrumental in practicing their hatred for non-whites. And they partially succeeded at it.
