Why would Candiace or Gizelle be the reason she's not returning?
She ended up lashing them and still got a contract after being iced owt

Phaedra didn't get a contract
This situation is totally different

Like Rocka said, they say this all the time when negotiating contracts

And Andy already said Phaedra would have likely been asked back if she didn't sit there like a bump on a log during the reunion, giving .  She refused to answer questions, react, or express remorse.

No, she and her husband showed out at the reunion.  Phaedra was literally sitting on mute.  Monique put on a performance that made the reunion trend for weeks.  He's been praising her binder since the reunion was filmed.

He was crucifying Monique for things that simply weren't factual... to the point where his own production team even called him out n showed the receipts that conflicted with what he said. Holding her accountable for actions is one thing... But she was very much so just THROWN under the bus in part 3. And it seemed even strategic on Andy's part.

Andy has always remained extremely impartial throughout this entire saga and he has always shown compassion and understanding to Monique's side. So it was pretty "odd" and surprising to see him jump completely left to Candice's defense for part 3. I think the viewers are turned off with very good reason..

Andy simply should've just asked impartial questions..... and let it navigate from there. He went the route that would bring the most MESS, which is why I feel that it was just simply strategic on his part to throw Mo under the bus.

But now Monique is gone. Guess he didn't plan for that part.
