SWV is definitely known worldwide and have more opportunities internationally compared to Xscape.

I don't think Xscape even attempted to promote overseas. I know they never had hits in the UK or Europe like SWV have.

They are truly local compared to SWV.

We'll settle for being amazing in the states Vs middle of the road EVERYWHERE.  SWV ain't pulling in big bucks here OR there. I guarantee the MILLIONS xscape made here is more than what swv made "worldwide"

in fact i think them being SO Atlanta-centric is what got Kandi and Tiny's phone ringing when it was time to cast the gorls for Atlanta shows

and honestly that's probably the reason we have this new show to begin with. kandi and tiny's current relevancy on social media and reality TV.

but as far as music and groups...SWV is def a bit bigger than Xscape
not a landslide, but they have the #1 and sales to prove they had a bigger impact as a group.

but i def see why kandi and tiny feel like even with SWV's bigger sales and the #1...their current relevancy as reality/social media stars in addition to Xscape's success has earned them top billing.

and even why they feel their names are whats gonna bring a  lion's share of the gorls out.

In Atlanta, which is fine but SWV was looking at dates outside of the ATL metro area.

Yes there's recent interest in Xscape but it's not like it's enough to go on a solo tour. SWV had reality tv that brought recent relevancy to them as well.
