Better coin but coworkers and management could be the absolute pits. If there's no room for growth at your current company I'd pump though. At least you'd be expanding your resume a bit.

UPDATE:

I love the job so far. Everyone's so cool, the staff is very diverse, on every level. Which I love to see.  There's not many other Black men there but the ones who are there ... i want to have their kids foine   

I'm also the youngest new person to start....most people at this company are older and further into their careers than I. Which is good. They say that if ur the smartest person in the room, ur in the wrong room.
