Same thing I said. It's okay for them to scream about how many records they sold in the 90s, but then feel belittled when the terms of today's relevancy or visibility is brought up.

They def sold more and had bigger hits but it's not like it's so much of a landslide that it's not even up for debate at all.

Xscape did slightly less as a group but when you factor in the current relevancy of kandi and tiny it def pushes them up from slightly below SWV to above SWV in 2023 value .

And I prefer SWV so I am def speaking fairly and objectively

And did y'all see how production showed the album totals and SWV has like 800k more albums sold? Well I'd hope so. They have 5 albums to Xscape's 3.

Boom!

They try so hard to make it seem like they are SO FAR AHEAD Of Xscape and want them to sit with TLC & En Vogue so bad, but yet they aren't that far apart. SWV & Xscape are right there in the middle. SWV has more of an edge because they crossed over so well on their debut. But definitely declined after "It's About Time", while Xscape stayed consistent in terms of sales.
