but also, Asuka never really held this title. Only the NXT one and Smackdown one.

and I understand why they are doing this.
when Asuka came from NXT, she was UNDEFEATED.
she was one of the best wrestlers WWE had story-wise.

Then, they started booking her horribly and ruined her credibility from NXT, imo... and they gave the shine mostly to the horsewomen



it seems like they are trying to make up for those mishaps.
