Ryan should help Brandy with hiring the right ppl for her team.
Whoever runs her socials could easily post trivia about her and throwback pics/videos weekly to keep engagement going.
That's what Janet's social media person does. He or she should also posts the few interviews she's done as well.
Brandy just has to get some top people and they'll get her communications and creative stuff flowing.
Hopefully she sees in early 2024 she should spend the coins needed to get experienced people on her team.

It's really unfortunate. Every era after FM there's always one piece missing. This time it's Brandy herself. The music is phenomenal, her beauty is top tier, the wardrobe is perfect, the movie is solid. Like, why not promote all this in an authentic way. It's so confusing!

She has such a dope personality, but she is starting to seem like a shell of herself. Her humor is gone, she doesn't assert herself when she speaks anymore (kinda like Janet).

All this great material and beauty is going to waste 

If Bran wants to be in chill mode with top notch people on her team they would have the knowledge on how to work around that with creative promo and communications.
There's always a way, but her teams are always too inexperienced, lazy, and don't think outside the box.
For her 30th anniversary they could do what Chaka's team did for her 50th have Brandy throughout the year do little videos for social media reflecting back on different music and acting projects to keep engagement going.
I don't get how Metro Boomin's stuff is always flawless, but Ryan never has his cousin's stuff flowing.
They are like brother and sister so he should really want her stuff to be on point.

Oh yeah Ryan dropped the ball by simply not calling Wil.I.Am. I don't get why a call to John Frusciante's ppl was never made prior to him leaving the RHC and when he returned. Ryan really doesn't help her.

It's the Metro part for me. How you have a successful client showing you what quality creative and promo looks like but somehow that knowledge and experience doesn't get passed on to your own blood, who happens to be a LEGEND?! SMH

The part that really blows mine is that they can easily hire a 3rd party creative agency like a pgLang, Saint Heron, Translation, etc that specialize in these areas to handle her creative marketing initiatives... that's why they exist. Stop having fans handle creative & PR shit, she's too seasoned in the game to move in that way

I see that Christmas at the Rockefeller center is airing tonight.  Another holiday special Brandy will miss lolz.

Brandy's not gonna change her approach unless an act of divine intervention.

I used to think it was solely industry politics. Little did I know a FAN had been her publicist for the last decade and she refuses to let go of Frank Gatson and somehow found a mid-level videographer for Frank to partner with. She's comfortable where she's at.

I just can't stand the half foot in and half foot out stuff. What is the point of doing a 90 second performance in New York City if you're not gonna maximize other promotional platforms. That's just a waste of time and money. Promotion is only effective if you are consistent and people see you daily.
