Many people aren't aware that some of these legal procedures are simply maneuvers or even chess moves to avoid a bigger problem
This kinda brings me back to the whole cardi vs Tasha thing years ago. I was surprised at how many people thought that judgement meant Tasha would automatically be homeless and would be forced to start paying and would disappear into obscurity and blah blah blah

There are tricks and games people play to get around their creditors
It's not like wheel of fortune where "bankrupt" means you ain't got shit else to work with
But you still def don't wanna be in a position when you have to make those decisions.
It's def not a good thing and not something to brag about. Nor is it cute n sexy. Cuz if you're making that decision it def speaks to previous decisions you made or didn't make that led you to this point.
