She is recognized outside the US, which is why she sent in "Silhouttes" as her FIRST UK single. You really have no clue what you're talking about. That's why she's moving to the UK to be a full time artist over there, and she plans to release her 3rd album international. Now look dude, it's not my fault that during one of Queen Bey's album break Ciara managed to slip through with her "Goodies", but shortly after people forgot about her.
