Cardi B Ordered to Pause Efforts to Collect $3 Million Owed From Blogger
Cardi B's attempts to collect on $3 million owed to her by a blogger who spreads lies about her being an escort have been put on pause, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, a Georgia judge ordered Cardi to stand down on her efforts after Tasha K [real name: Latasha Kebe] filed for bankruptcy.
The judge said the Chapter 11 case puts all of Tasha's pending legal matters on hold until the bankruptcy is resolved.
Earlier this year, the Bodak Yellow rapper was awarded $1 million in general damages and $250k for medical expenses for a grand total of $1.25 million. In addition, she was awarded $1.5 million in punitive damages and another $1.3 million for her attorney fees.

I dont think Cardi cares that much about collecting that 4mil from Tasha. She can easily make that money. I think if anything she will take pleasure in knowing she will uproot her life financially. Filing a Chapter 11 bankruptcy has many disadvantages and filing a bankruptcy doesn't mean u dont pay anything - she will still have trustee payments to make. Filing a bankruptcy with liabilities in the millions aint cheap. That along with the damage it does to your credit, the lack of privacy having all your business made public, years and years you have to wait to re-establish your credit, not being able to get access to credit at low interest rates, etc etc. For Cardi, that will be the biggest kii.

fact is that she has been very aggressive with collection, it's clear she actually wants the money .
As far as the effects of bankruptcy...
GODsha isn't filthy rich but she's def on an upper tax bracket, with plenty of assets that she's clearly hidden for now. People like her filing for bankruptcy isn't the same as others who may be on lower classes/brackets.
GODni is no stranger to bankruptcy and she's living just fine. In many cases, filing is simply a tactic of sorts.

she spent a LOT of time and energy on collecting not because she needed it, but because she wanted him to PAY. Not run and hide, but PAY.
