Did a rewatch...

Aside from a few awkward parts (and that has more to do with the camera angle and editing than Brandy herself) I looooved her performance in the plaid suit! She really killed it

I didn't like those body shots before Chance's part started wtf lol

I was disappointed with the way they highlighted my favorite part "stomp out in some heels tonight" It really shows how important editing  is for a video smh

overall I think Derek did a great job. The colors and feel of the video was really beautiful and Brandy looked so happy and had great energy and attitude. I don't think the video will make someone like the song more, unfortunately but it was a good visual.  I'm proud of my Ghan!

and again...wtf... I was so worried about the plaid suit based on the criticisms on here days ago from the previews but I loved those scenes the best

And they did great (i don't love the concept) considering Kehlani's verse was dropped the day before the video

i wonder how much they had planned to dance together? That's probably why that other girl has a suit on. Kehlani and Bran likely had moves to do together

Any flaws that were in the video and/or song Chance saved it. It was so smart of her to include him and follow the same concept that made PID a urban success.
