Nicki has not reached the level of Kim or Trina or Foxy when they fell off. When they fell off, they were done. Nicki is still the best selling female rapper in history and she has her hand in several different ventures outside of music. On top of that, she stays relevant, so her music and its current moderate success are nothing like what her predecessors experienced.

And her fanbase is not to be ignored because she still has a huge base.I'll agree she should try more mature themes for the new album, but she'll definitely sell more on the album than every other female rapper has sold on their recent albums

She?s scrambling and in the final throes of her dethroning.  It?s over.  She?s been replaced, just like she once replaced someone before her.  Circle of life.   

If she were smart, she?d pull back, go on a hiatus, pull a K Michelle and get her various implants removed, and then put her LaGuardia skills to use to audition for tv and film roles.  Reinvent herself.

I definitely think their is a shift. Every artist has a shelf life and Nicki has seem to have met hers. She?s not as popular as she once used to be. Music changes and the listener?s interest is ever changing. Chun-Li has grown on me tho.
