It's a lot better than the last album for me, but some of his writing is so basic it's almost cringey. I love this song Gold tho, and a few others. It's really giving me the fall rnb vibes I needed.

It really was like listening to the first album again when I hit play on this. It's Craig David back in his lane and making refreshing music.. not old and sleepy.

I also LOVED the nod to Mariah Carey's Heartbreaker...

His production and lyrical content hasn't evolved much in the last 7 years, but I can overlook it because he does what he does well. There are a lot of veteran artists out there who still haven't found their lane
