Literally just welled up and cried a bit watching this. It's the high school nostalgia and days of actually feeling unpretty, or how much of a stan I was of TLC, seeing them dominate TRL with this and Scrubs. Left Eyes sign language. The effects and concept. The social issues addressed. Chilli's acting. Probably mostly the nostalgia though. Simple days after school watching video countdowns. Got me a bit emotional. Amazing song.
