I think it would be much more respectful of a hip-hop girl group to call itself " Queens," since I'm guessing that's where they're from, than "Nasty Bitches." Can they even say that on ABC? It sounds like it's trying too hard to sound edgy.  And Brandy's character's nickname would be better if it were shortened to Explicit...

What is the show about again?

The pilot is about four estranged and out-of-touch women in their 40s who reunite for a chance to recapture their fame and regain the swagger they had as the Nasty Bitches – their '90s group that made them legends in the hip-hop world.

Brandy will play Naomi, better known as Xplicit Lyrics — the highly skilled musical engine of the Nasty Bitches. A true artist with boundless musical talent, Naomi was certain she'd go on to mainstream success after the group's demise. She hasn't, singing and playing her guitar in crappy dive bars where all people want is her old persona. When the group gets back together, Naomi is reunited with the only man she ever loved, and the rival bandmate who stole that man from her. But what Naomi wants more than anything is to build a relationship with the daughter she was never really there for, if she only knew how.

They do really need to learn how to dress Naturi though. She's already a munchkin and they just cut her body off even more with the way they style her.  I think Ghan's character is suppose to give a bit of Da Brat so I'm thinking that's why she's not cunt owt like the other girls.

Before y'all go dissecting Brandy's  made up insecurities, consider that maybe being covered up while the rest of the star cast is showing skin is Brandy's choice and/or strategic thinking that this will make her appear as the good girl persona that so many fell in love with pre-afrodisiac, all while complimenting her youthfulness.
