Tokyo and Blac would definitely  misappropriate Dream's money. Kris doesn't need the money, so Dream would get it all when she comes of age.

i dont think tokyo would have anything to do with that money and chyna doesn't seem to misappropriate her money now so i don't understand where the assumption is based that she would

also the money isn't going to dream, only a bit of it. the rest is set up to go to the KARDASHIAN foundation. and that's the only grand she set up like that.
