I am not shocked he hasn't run his idea by Brandy. As her brother he knows that she has never been interested in touring. She let fans know this all the time, so as a confidant he has known this.

It would be money to make and as Angela pointed out he is into marketing and he sees the money he would make as well having one of his companies sponsor a tour with them.
