I do. I believe there?s stuff the artists/their people have to do beforehand to show their interest/availability. Janet was still in hiding when she first became elligible so it didn?t surprise me that she wasn?t inducted. Plus, she?s still young so I feel the Hall wanted to honor some of the older legends first. I don?t think she necessarily turned it down before but I do believe she didn?t want it to happen until the timing was right.
