Anyone ever experienced night terrors as an adult?

I know when we get older they're supposed to decrease and all but....

LOONA.

Not anything that really shakes me but I lucid dream alot so it is slightly unnerving.

I be so glad to wake the fck up.

Like lucid as in your controlling the dream? That always sounds so dope to me, I've only felt like ive done it a few times in my life.

CHOKE

No

Sleep like a bby tbh

Opposites Attract.

I usually have nightmares when I leave the TV on while I'm sleeping. Whatever is on at the time, my dreams reflect that it's so weird lol like last night I had a whole dream about Fear of the Walking Dead. I woke up in a cold sweat.

It's unconditional, these days you know....

LOONA.

Yeah, but I don't feel like I'm exactly in control. I just kinda go with the flow.

I hate when something bad happens because although I know it isn't real the feelings and emotions etc all still feel real.
