Fans of 7-time Grammy winner Toni Braxton (affectionately called ?Toni?s Tigers?) had an 8 year wait between the singer?s last solo outing, 2010?s ?Pulse,? and her most recent effort, ?Sex & Cigarettes.?

?Cigarettes,? which hit shelves March 23rd, was preceded by the critically acclaimed Urban AC cuts ?Deadwood? and ?Long As I Live? and was greeted with generally positive reviews.  Unfortunately, that fanfare was not reflected commercially as ? just a day after its release ? industry analysts predicted the set would not shift more than 18,000 units SPS its first week of availability.
