I feel the same way about Kenya pre-HW as I do Kandi. I knew of Kandi but I didn't know her or even her name. We ALL know them now. HW and sm are great reminders of their past and present greatness.

I didn't know who Kenya was prior to housewives...at all.

But I grew up in Jamaica.

Whether ppl knew Kenya prior to housewives or not, no one knew anything about her personal life or her personality. And if we get 3 new housewives, thats what I want too. Not no damn Tamar.
