Bravo wanted her somewhere on the network. They like her, despite the trashy shit she did to Kandi. Why can't yall admit that? They just respected Kandi enough not to throw her back on RHOA while she was still there. M2M made sense at the time cause it's ATL based w/ other black women. No she doesn't fit with those girls but Bravo wanted her somewhere in their programming.

Like Funky said, Phaedra likely has a contact with the production company that does M2M. She can't just break that. If Andy had his druthers, she'd be RHOA bound YESTERDAY.

Kandi is probably not coming back for awhile, if ever. Still a chance Phae will return the season after the oncoming. So don't raise those Pom-poms too fast!
